CHINA CUSTOMS ADVANCE MANIFEST (CCAM) REGULATION
China customs will enforce new customs regulations which require an electronic cargo manifest for all shipments into Shanghai port. The electronic manifest must be sent no later than 24 hours prior to vessels loading. Whilst, for the time being, only Shanghai has implemented CCAM, other Chinese ports are most likely to install the same procedure.
